About Koi Companion

Koi Companion provides pond, koi, water, health, treatment, maintenance, diary, reminder, report and practical guidance tools for koi keepers.

Fish health and veterinary advice

Koi Companion does not diagnose fish health problems and does not replace an aquatic vet or experienced koi health professional. For urgent, serious or worsening concerns, seek suitable professional help.

Your records

You are responsible for the accuracy of records you add to the app.

AI guidance

Koi Companion AI may provide practical guidance based on general koi knowledge and saved records where available. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Use your judgement and seek professional advice where needed.

Subscriptions and trial access

Koi Companion may provide Basic access, a 30-day Premium feature trial, Intermediate and Premium paid plans. The trial includes a reduced AI allowance and is linked to your account.

Fair use

Koi Companion uses fair-use allowances for AI support, reports, media and storage so the service remains reliable and sustainable.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access another user’s records, misuse the app, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the service in a way that causes unreasonable cost, load or disruption.

Availability

We aim to keep Koi Companion available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the app develops.
